Ontario 511 reports that a disabled vehicle on Highway 11 northbound at Thibeault Hill is slowing traffic.
One lane and the northbound shoulder is blocked.
The disruption took place around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday and was still not resolved by 9 p.m.
