The City of North Bay , Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services is asking for assistance during a public consultation process regarding current opportunities and future directions for sport, recreation and healthy active living programs and services in North Bay .

As part of this process, we are asking the community to complete an online survey.

Clicking on the link will take you directly to the survey, which will take about 5 minutes to complete.

You can also go to the City of North Bay website at www.cityofnorthbay.ca and look for the question mark on the home page.

The survey will be available from December 4 to 15 2006.
