The Manulife Walk for Memories is the Alzheimer's Society signature event.

All money raised stays locally and is used to support our programs and services. Currently there are 1,200 people in Nipissing District that have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease or a related dementia. That number is expected to climb to 1,500 within five years. The Alzheimer's Society is dedicated to helping individuals, and their family and friends, with this disease by offering support, counseling and education.

We invite you to join us on February 13, 2010 in the North Bay Mall (by Dollarama) from 12 p.m-3 p.m. for a fun filled afternoon full of friends, family and great entertainment, compliments of the Taoist Tai Chi Society and Dance Expressions Dance Team!
