Environment Canada says we can expect some heavy rain for the next couple of days and so has issued a special weather statement for:
- North Bay - Powassan - Mattawa,
- West Nipissing - French River,
- Greater Sudbury and vicinity,
- New Liskeard - Temagami.
- Bayfield Inlet - Dunchurch
Rain, at times heavy, today into Friday.
Heavier rain is expected to move into the area early this morning and continue into Friday morning. Total rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 millimetres with locally higher amounts are expected.
There is the risk of a thunderstorm late this afternoon. High 15.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
