During Halloween evening there were two reports of theft of candy from children within the city.

At 8 PM on Labreche Dr. two teenage girls were walking as a vehicle drove by, and the occupants snatched candy that the girls were carrying.

No description of the vehicle or the occupants is available.

At 8:45 PM also on Labreche Dr. a vehicle drove by a young girl and the occupants snatched her candies. The 2 occupant teenagers were laughing within the vehicle.

The only description of the vehicle is that it was a small black car.
