Grants available from North Bay and Area Community Foundation

The North Bay and Area Community Foundation is making a call to local charitable organizations in need of funding ahead of the Nov. 30 deadline as grants are still available

Charitable organizations in the North Bay area in need of operational support or looking to fund a project that serves our community may be eligible to receive up to
$15,000 in funding through the North Bay and Area Community Foundation’s Annual Community Grants.

The North Bay and Area Community Foundation provides grants each year to support and sustain charities in our area. This year alone, NBACF granted over $110,000 to 18 local charitable organizations.

Apply now for the chance to receive funding in 2024.

Community Grants provide funding to support projects, programs, and initiatives undertaken by qualified donees, such as registered charities within the North Bay area.

Applications will also be accepted from registered nonprofits who are collaborating with a qualified donee which will serve as an intermediary or project partner. 

  • All applications will be reviewed by the NBACF Grants Committee.
  • Successful applications can range from $500–$15,000.
  • Priority will be given to those who have a sound budget, meet a demonstrated need in our area, show a collaborative approach and demonstrate project feasibility.
