Grandson attacks grandmother

A 13-year-old boy has been charged after alleged attacking his grandmother with a weapon Monday. The boy was visiting his grandmother in North Bay when he began to get angry. He then took a 10” knife and attacked her.

A 13-year-old boy has been charged after alleged attacking his grandmother with a weapon Monday.

The boy was visiting his grandmother in North Bay when he began to get angry. He then took a 10” knife and attacked her. She received slight abrasions to her wrists, hands and head. His grandfather brought him to the police station. The boy is charged with assault with a weapon and having a dangerous weapon. He is to attend court on Feb. 23.
