The North Bay Police Service as arrested a city man in connection with a stolen credit card incident.
Police were called to the Northgate Square Shopping Centre Sunday afternoon regarding suspicious behaviour of two individuals who had their credit card transaction refused.
Cst Bill Gainforth and Cst. Helene Boissonneault attended and located two males within the mall. One of them was found to be in possession of a stolen credit card and another stolen credit card was found nearby. Several stores within the mall had made sales to these men.
Graham Allan Hodgins, 29, of Commercial Street, is charged with four counts of using a stolen credit card and two counts of possession of a stolen credit card. He is to attend court on May 10.
