This summer, Canadians are being asked to help create some of life’s most precious memories by donating blood or blood products.

There is a constant need for all blood types throughout the summer months. Canadians are encouraged to make their appointments to donate blood and bring a friend or family member to donate with them.

To help capture the precious life-saving gesture of donating blood, Canadian Blood Services has launched its new campaign “save lives, make memories”.

Donors are eligible to win a Kodak easyshare x530 digital camera at each permanent clinic across the country and are encouraged to share their donation stories online at www.blood.ca/memories.
