Paul Davis North Bay and the Nipissing Transition House teamed up today for the “Raising the Roof Toque Tuesday,” a national event which helps the homeless nationally on February 7th.

Maria Clarke, Financial Manager at Paul Davis in North Bay, managed a booth at the Northgate Shopping Centre along with members of the Nipissing Transition House.

“Now we are partnering with the Transition House to help fill a fridge full of food for the women leaving the shelter back on their own,” stated Clarke on Tuesday afternoon.

Organizers sold toques and other merchandise in the kiosk near the Northgate Shopping Centre south entrance.
