Gas bar robbery

On the 10th of Feb. shortly after 4 AM it is alleged that a male entered the Shell Gas Bar on Algonquin Av. at Spencer Av. and demanded money of the cashier.

He then stated that he needed the money to get to Barrie.

The cashier complied and the lone robber fled on foot to the Stockdale Rd. area where he was possibly picked up by a vehicle.

This male is described as male white, in his 40s, 5’6 to 5’8 tall and was wearing an older jean jacket with fake fur on the collar, a black shirt sticking out of the bottom of his jacket, blue jeans, black gloves or mitts, a dark toque and a black scarf.

The thief made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
