On the 12th of Feb. the North Bay Police Service reported that a robbery had taken place at the Shell Gas Bar on Algonquin Av. and Spencer Av. in North Bay.

Our Service is now pleased to report that on the 1st of March Det. Cst. Jean-Marc Ethier and Det. Cst. Steve Trahan of our Street Crime Unit effected an arrest in relation to this incident.

Joseph NICHOLS 41 years old of Massey Dr. is charged with Theft Under, Disguise With Intent and Personation With Intent. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
