Former ONR CEO named Board Chair at One Kids Place

Corina Moore, the former Ontario Northland President and CEO has taken on a new role at One Kids Place in North Bay. 

One Kids Place made the announcement in late September. 

"One Kids Place is delighted to announce the appointment of Corina Moore as Chair of the Board of Directors," social media post stated. 

"Selected as one of three of Canada’s Most Powerful CEO's by WXN’s Diversity Council Canada in 2021, Corina is often recognized as an influential female trailblazer who has a passion for employee engagement, innovation, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring fiscal responsibility. 

"Corina has a strong passion for One Kids Place and was eager to join the Board of Directors to help ensure the continuity of services, raise local awareness, and continue to ensure a high level of care for our children and youth with special needs."

Moore takes over the position from Michael Mancari. 

"Thank you Mike for all you have done for our children, youth and families," the post continued.

Back in October of 2022, Moore announced her resignation from Ontario Northland. 

Moore joined ONTC in 2005 as director of telecommunications, then later was named chief operating officer and vice president of the refurbishment division, where she led several key external remanufacturing contracts, and conducted labour negotiations with the ONTC's five union groups.
