Judy Koziol, who finished sixth in the 2010 election filed her papers this afternoon in a bid for her fourth council term.
She is currently the Vice Chair of General Government.
All 10 incumbents are now seeking re-election.
"My task, the task of any City Councillor, is to be first and foremost the representative inside North Bay’s government for the taxpayers.," she said in a news release.
"Whether it is to present their concerns, support their aspirations or ask the vigilant questions they would expect to be asked of City Hall.
"Then the challenge any councillor will have is to be perfect and balancing in making their decision despite the diverse and often conflicting needs and expectations of our community.
"If re-elected I promise to continue being open and forthright in taking our City’s needs and all of our citizen’s concerns into account in making my decisions, and asking questions as we go through the next four years. I will continue to build on our City’s strengths and work on and improve our weaknesses."
