5 Bucks A Ticket!!

The Capitol Centre’s Education and Special Events Coordinator, Emely Shank, explained that every show on the Capitol Centre’s program will have 50 tickets made available to area high-school students for $5 season long on a first come first serve basis. Shank went on to explain that just because the tickets are cheap doesn’t mean that the seats will be. She said if you get your tickets early you can get the best seats in the house. St. Joseph’s Scollard Hall student Whitney Croskery confirmed that she had already taken advantage of the $5 seat and landed herself a front row spot for the recent production of “Titanic”.

The only exceptions to the EyeGO program are shows that are not on the regular season schedule; Shank advised interested students to get their tickets early because if a show is selling out the Capitol Centre will make any remaining tickets for the EyeGO program available to the general public.

To take advantage of the EyeGO program students simply need to pick which performance they want to see and then visit the Capitol Centre box-office and ask for an EyeGO ticket. To pick-up their ticket(s) students simply need to show their student id.
