East Ferris woman charged with impaired driving

East Ferris Township – On Saturday, November 1st, 2008, at approximately 4:45 a.m., a North Bay OPP officer stopped a motor vehicle as a result of a traffic violation on Highway 17 in East Ferris Township.

Driver, Melissa SAGER, 21 years old, East Ferris Township, was subsequently charged with Over 80 – Operate (or Care or Control) – Motor Vehicle, contrary to the CC, S.253(1)(b) as well as with an HTA infraction.

SAGER is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay.
