OPP Constable Shona Camirand says this unusual accident was called in to police just before 8 a.m. Wednesday.
The dump truck struck a bridge on Marten Lake Road and rolled over into the Marten River.
The driver was taken to hospital in North Bay. Injuries are unknown.
The MTO has been notified about the damage to the bridge.
The Ministry of the Environment is taking care of a minor fuel spill. The truck has since been removed.
Camirand says the police investigation is ongoing.
