Duke St. thief arrested

The break-in was witnessed by a neighbour, who promptly called the cops

On Sunday, North Bay Police were called to a break and enter in progress at a house on Duke Street. As a result of the investigation, police arrested a North Bay man.

Police say a man entered the residence and stole items. The break-in was witnessed by a neighbour, who promptly called the cops. When officers arrived they were able to find and arrest the thief. All the property was recovered.

Keith Cusick, 30, of North Bay is charged with:

  • One count of Break and Enter,
  • Two counts of breach of probation

Cusick was released with a court date of the 19th of June.
