Yesterday morning members of the North Bay Police Service’s Street Crime unit arrested a 28 year old male and a 20 year old female driving back to North Bay for an ongoing investigation.
"As a result of the arrest and search of the vehicle, both persons were held in custody on numerous charges including drug and weapons offences," Sgt. Paul Brewer said Sunday morning.
The weapons charges relate to a .45 calibre handgun found in the vehicle. Both people were held for a bail hearing.
