Dog owner found

The North Bay Police Service has located the owner of a dog which allegedly bit a young boy Wednesday at the Rock Street outdoor ice rink. Cst. Jeff Warner, the investigating officer, has advised that the dog in question has not had all of its shots.

Cst. Jeff Warner, the investigating officer, has advised that the dog in question has not had all of its shots. Police said they were able to locate the dog and its owner through tips generated by the media.
