Five people were sent to hospital following a two vehicle crash on Fisher Street today.
The accident took place just before noon.
A firefighter at the scene says the injuries are not life threatening. They were transported by ambulance as a precautionary measure.
The airbags in one of the vehicles did deploy.
A section of Fisher Street near the Chippewa intersection was closed for about 30 minutes.
A witness at the scene says one of the vehicles was attempting to turn left off Fisher and was struck by another vehicle.
No word yet if charges will be laid.
