Cocaine and Pharmaceutical Drugs Seized


(North Bay Ont.)
On January 19, 2004 Project “Gateway “ (a joint investigation between members of the Ontario Provincial Police and North Bay Police service), assisted by members of the North Bay Police executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act Search Warrant at a North Bay residence that resulted in the seizure of a substantial amount of Cocaine, Pharmaceutical Narcotics and cash. Two male were arrested inside the residence without incident. Woolcott is being held pending the outcome of a bail hearing and Kerr was released on a Promise To Appear.

2. Possession for the purpose of Trafficking Morphine Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

3. Breach of Recognizance Section 145 (5) Criminal Code Of Canada *(One Count)

Approximate Street value of all the drugs seized is $10,000.
Approximately $300 dollars in cash seized.
