Coke, cash and drugs seized in bust

Two North Bay men face multiple charges following a police bust Monday night.

Cocaine and Pharmaceutical Drugs Seized


(North Bay Ont.)
On January 19, 2004 Project “Gateway “ (a joint investigation between members of the Ontario Provincial Police and North Bay Police service), assisted by members of the North Bay Police executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act Search Warrant at a North Bay residence that resulted in the seizure of a substantial amount of Cocaine, Pharmaceutical Narcotics and cash. Two male were arrested inside the residence without incident. Woolcott is being held pending the outcome of a bail hearing and Kerr was released on a Promise To Appear.

1. Possession for the purpose of Trafficking Cocaine Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

2. Possession for the purpose of Trafficking Morphine Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

3. Breach of Recognizance Section 145 (5) Criminal Code Of Canada *(One Count)

Charges: Kerr
1. Possession for the purpose of Trafficking Cocaine Section 5(2)
Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
2. Possession for the purpose of Trafficking Morphine Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Approximate Street value of all the drugs seized is $10,000.
Approximately $300 dollars in cash seized.
