City Police seeking public’s assistance locating missing Powassan man

The North Bay Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Justin Evans, 19 yrs, of Powassan.

Evans left the North Bay Regional Health Centre by taxi to the Bus Depot on the 4th of November at approximately 3:24 pm, with a voucher for him to take the bus to his residence in Powassan.

It is confirmed that Evans was dropped off at the Bus Depot; however, he never attended inside bus terminal. There is concern for Evans’ well-being as he functions at a lower level and may not be capable of taking proper care of himself.

Evans is described being 5’6”, 170 lbs, red hair, green eyes and good teeth.

He was last seen wearing blue and white “Patriots” hoodie and blue jeans.

If located, the North Bay Police Service is requesting they be contacted immediately.
