North Bay Police now know the identity of the young male involved with a 12-year-old boy who was injured while waiting for a bus at Silver Birches School on Marshall Avenue yesterday.

The other male involved is a 12-year old acquaintance of the victim.

Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in supplying information in this unfortunate incident.

Cst. Ken Ayres is continuing the investigation.

North Bay Police are seeking information on the identity of a male who kicked a 12-year-old boy who was waiting for a bus at Silver birches School on Marshall Avenue at approximately 4:00 pm yesterday.

This male jumped off of a snow bank and kicked the youth in the leg, fracturing his femur. The youth has been airlifted to CHEO in Ottawa for emergency medical care.

Cst. Ken Ayres is continuing the investigation into this Aggravated Assault.
