City man charged with counselling to commit murder

On 21st Dec at 1:30 pm an investigation by the North Bay Police Service Criminal Investigation Section culminated in the arrest of a 37year old North Bay man.

Gilles Morin is charged with Counselling to Commit Murder and has been held in custody for a bail hearing. It is alleged that over the past month, he made offers of $25,000 to a third party for the murder of a female known to him.
