Charged with threatening death

On Friday Sept 21, 2007 at approximately 9:30 am, Cst. Parker & Ayres responded to a neighbour dispute at a residence on O’Brien Street in North Bay. The complainant reported that his neighbour held a knife while making threats of death to him following a dispute.

A suspect known to the victim was arrested a short time later.

Alexander Duda, age 51, is charged with Threatening Death, Cary a Prohibited Weapon and Assault with a weapon and was held for a bail hearing Monday.
