Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Volunteer Leader in the North Bay region to assist with blood donor clinics in North Bay. The Volunteer leader is responsible for coordinating a group of volunteers who contribute to donor satisfaction and retention. This key volunteer position is instrumental in leading the volunteer program in North Bay and guiding interaction of the volunteer team with donors and other employees.

Volunteers help Canadian Blood Services meet our hospital and patient needs across the country. Volunteers recruit donors, perform public speaking engagements, schedule volunteers, and work at the blood donor clinics. If a person is not eligible to donate blood or blood products but wishes to actively participate in Canada’s blood system, they can become a volunteer.
