A single motor vehicle collision Friday afternoon at 3:20 has resulted in multiple charges.
OPP found the vehicle in the ditch on the ramp leading to Highway 17 from Highway 11 in the city of North Bay.
The North Bay Fire Department and North Bay and District Ambulance were also called to the scene.
The driver was not injured.
Upon further investigation, the driver, Michael Von Doeler, 21, of Corbeil, was arrested and charged with:
- Driving While Ability Impaired-Motor Vehicle, ;

Driving with More Than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood,

Driving While Under Suspension,
Von Doeler was released from police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on January 19.
