The eatery, located near the corner of Seymour and the bypass has a sign in the front door that says, "We regretfully inform you that due to lack of business, Canadian Legends is closed for business. Thank you to all our loyal customers in the last 24 years."
The restaurant had a commercial on the big video board at Battalion games this past season showing a group of men lifting glasses of beer.
Fans would yell "Cheers!", in response.Reportedly 17 full and parttime jobs were lost.
