Calling all Brides and Wedding Gift Givers! An exciting addition to the Cogeco Downtown Wedding & Gift Show is the wedding & formal dress auction to be held after the final fashion show at 7pm on Saturday. Come see the wedding dresses in the fashion show on Friday at 4pm and again at 7pm on Saturday and then bid for your favourite one!
Proceeds will be given to The North Bay General Hospital Foundation!

The Downtown Improvement Area is proud to be holding their inaugural Wedding & Gift Show sponsored by Cogeco on Friday, September 12th and Saturday, September 13th, 2008. Opening ceremonies will commence at 1pm on Friday with Councillor Dave Mendicino awarding the early bird prize, window decorating contest prize and the first of many fashion show draw prizes!

There will be draws at every fashion show (prizes are valued between $100 and $250)! Brides don’t need to be in attendance to collect these prizes, however, they must have either pre-registered or register on site at the show. The Grand Prize of a mini wedding package which includes catering, cake, flowers, and favours valued at $1500 will be drawn at the final fashion show on the Saturday! Brides must fill out a passport at the show in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize draw!

The Cogeco Downtown Wedding & Gift Show runs from 12pm until 8pm on Friday, and 9am until 5pm on Saturday. It will be held on Main and Ferguson Streets. There will be fashion shows and prize draws, dance demonstrations, cake tasting, displays, and a speaker’s corner just to mention a few things!
