Callander Horticultural Society meets from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Callander Community Centre on Swale Street. Guest speaker is Jim Merrick on buffer zones on shoreline property. Master gardener available for questions, door prizes and social to follow.

Callander Horticultural Society hosts its general meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Callander Community Centre on Swale Street. Speaker is John Chellew, who will construct a birdhouse from a kit and talk about birds in your garden. Kits for sale. Master gardener available for questions. Door prizes and social to follow. Open to the public.

Callander Horticultural Society hosts its general meeting at the Callander Community Centre on Swale Street from 7 to 9 p.m. The evening will include a special event from the Orient: Return of the Deli Lama, a presentation on Ikebana floral designs, related to the August flower show schedule.
