On the 26th of July at approximately 5:30AM, the victim was woken up by a noise coming from the basement of the residence. The victim observed a male walking out the side door with an item under his arm and tackled him but the male managed to escape.

The male is described as 6’0, dark pants, dark shirt with a ripped jacket and hat that occurred from the struggle.
