Breach of Probation

During an incident of drinking on the weekend, an accused person assaulted a female resident at an Ann Street residence by hitting her over the head with a glass beverage bottle.

This male also committed a breach of his probation conditions by communicating with another male & failing to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Dale Rivers, 43 years old, of Rowe Ave was arrested 13 Nov at 1400 hrs and is charged with Assault with a Weapon & 2-X Breach of Probation. He is being held for a bail hearing today.
