Bonfield man refuses to provide breath sample

North Bay & area – On January 30, 2010 at 10:50 p.m., a North Bay OPP officer conducting general patrol stopped a motor vehicle on Highway 17 in Rutherglen, Ontario.

Investigation resulted in the charge of “Fail to provide Breath Sample as per s. 254(5) CC for David ULCH, 40 years old of Bonfield Township. ULCH is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on February 23, 2010.
