Body found on Lake Nipissing shoreline (updated)

Although the Coroner’s Office has not officially released the cause of death of a man’s body found in lake Nipissing on the 15th of May, our Police Service has been given permission to release the man’s name as Frank FARRELL 69 years old of North Bay.

The North Bay Police Service received a call at approximately 6 AM today in regards to a man’s body found on the shoreline of Lake Nipissing.

The body was sent to Toronto for a Post Mortem to determine cause of death.

Investigators do not suspect foul play at this point.

The investigation continues.
