Updated bill comes as couple battles OSPCA before Animal Care Review Board

A Trout Creek couple fighting to get back 70 dogs seized by the OSPCA from their rescue farm this summer got another shock today.

The bill from the North Bay Humane Society now tops $180,000 and rising
