We, at Branch 23 Royal Canadian Legion and Cecil's Catering, have some exciting news to share. As of February 1, 2009, we have joined together to provide North Bay with one of the most exciting new banquet teams. Branch 23 and Cecil's are now working together on all large and weekend functions taking place at Branch 23. This new partnership brings together the superior facility of Branch 23 with the excellent services offered by Cecil's Catering.

Cecil's is offering a greater menu selection with a wide variety of buffets and sit down meal options to choose from as well as the ability to build custom menus. Our catering team has the knowledge and experience to provide you with the best possible services offered in the North Bay area. We not only offer an excellent facility in the heart of the city but also now can ensure all aspects of food and beverage requirements are not only met but surpassed regardless of the size or style of function.
