The Algonquin Barons pulled out a close 17-14 victory over the West Ferris Trojans in NDA senior football action on Friday night at the Steve Omischl Sports Complex.
It was a low scoring start to the contest with the Barons taking a 2-0 lead into halftime courtesy of a Royce Rochefort safety.
Simon Dube and Aden Dionne recorded touchdowns for the Barons.
Erron Beachy and Troy McLaren had touchdowns for the Trojans in the loss.
