A great course for youth! For many, babysitting is their first job.

The Babysitters course is fun and hands-on and can help teens become real "pros" or even comfortable staying home alone!

A Kid Safe World Babysitter Course is taught by Certified First Aid & CPR Instructors and teaches…

• Basic skills such as diaper changing, feeding a baby and simple meals for kids

• How to cope with common problems, like tantrums and crying & Safety tips for children of all ages

• What to do if anything makes the babysitter uncomfortable

• Some great games and other ideas for having fun with the kids while babysitting

• How to make the children's environment safe and enjoyable

• The respective rights and responsibilities of the babysitter and the hiring family

• How to handle emergencies with an introduction to CPR for infants and children~and learning skills focusing on choking, airway management and rescue breathing

• ...and tons more including getting hired and finding lots of great jobs safely!

• With course content supplied by the Ontario Provincial Police & Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office

Course geared to youth aged 10-13 years old, or grades 5-8

Youth receive A Kid Safe World Babysitter Course Completion Wallet Card and Babysitter’s Manual
