A North Bay man is under arrest after "throwing an object" at a victim on May 28. according to the police.
The object is not identified in the police release issued today.
Police say a man assaulted a victim in the parking lot of a business on McKeown Avenue by throwing an unidentified object.
Police were called and arrested and charged Daniel Darlington, 45, of North Bay with:
- Assault with a weapon
- Failure to comply with a release order
The accused and victim are not known to one another.
Darlington was held pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
