In the early morning hours Sunday, North Bay Police responded to a report of two men fighting in the Worthington Street area.
The police investigation revealed an argument took place between two men that are known to each other. The argument turned physical when one man struck the victim with a fist several times. The victim required medical attention for his injuries.
As a result of the investigation police have arrested and charged Jordan Chookomolin, 29, of North Bay with;
- Assault;
- Breaching an Undertaking
Chookomolin has been held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
