On the 9th of Oct. during the early evening hours various officers of the North Bay Police Service were involved with a man with a shotgun on Larocque Rd.

The officers arrived at a home and shortly after Cst. Daniel Shepsone of this Service arrested a man in relation to this alleged incident.

James Roger FOURNIER 37 years old of Larocque Rd. is charged with Weapons Dangerous and Possession of a Controlled Substance (hashish marijuana).

He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
