A man is charged with assault causing bodily harm after an argument turned nasty yesterday afternoon in a downtown apartment.
Police say the discussion, between two men known to each other, turned violent.
So concerned was a third man in the apartment, that he called police.
North Bay Police arrested and charged Andrew Paul Sutherland, age 43, of no fixed address, with:
- one count of assault causing bodily harm.
He was held in custody overnight for bail.
The victim required medical treatment and was taken to hospital.
