North Bay Police Cst. Greg Dix attended a parking lot at 1040 Clarence Street in North Bay at 8:10 PM last night (Thursday) after an anonymous tip that two individuals were dealing drugs from a parked car on Clarence Street.
A 34-year-old passenger of the vehicle was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled substance and Breach of Probation. He was later released to appear in court at a later time.
The driver is alleged to have locked herself in the car and began to conceal quantities of suspected drugs in her vagina. She was arrested and eventually a quantity of cocaine was seized from the back seat of the police Car. A quantity of cash was also seized.
Amber Lee Dibartolomeo of Stone Road in Callander is charged under the Controlled Drugs & Substances Act with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. She is being held for a bail hearing today.
