A Taste for Life is sure to wet your charitable appetite

Get your appetite ready! The AIDS Committee of North Bay & Area (ACNBA) is once again cooking up A Taste for Life, it's annual food, friends and family fundraiser.

On April 27th, five North Bay restaurants - Average Joe's, 100 Georges, The White Owl Bistro, Explore Your Senses and Cecil's Eatery & Beer Society - will be opening their doors for the evening dining event.

To support this great cause area residents only need to book a table at one of the five participating restaurants, take along some friends and/or family and enjoy an evening of great food and fun. That's all there is to it!

The restaurant will in turn donate 25% of that night's dinner receipts to the AIDS Committee of North Bay & Area's client services programs.

2011 marks the fourth year for A Taste for Life in North Bay. The annual fundraiser started in Ottawa in 1999 and has been a national success story ever since. Last year A Taste for Life raised over $5,200 for the AIDS Committee of North Bay & Area.
