On the 3rd of Nov. during the afternoon hours Csts. Ian Sharp and Greg Dix of the North Bay Police had occasion to arrest a male in relation to a break and enter that had allegedly been committed in a residence on the 14th of Sept. in North Bay.

Nathaniel PAUL 18 years old of Second Av. E. is charged with Break and Enter and Commit and also being in Possession of Marijuana when being arrested. He is to appear in court on the 18th of Dec.

Meanwhile, between 3:30 PM on the 3rd of Nov. and 3 PM on the 4h of Nov. thieves forced open a side door to Select Auto on Lakeshore Dr. and stole the following items:
A black Dell computer with flat screen, valued at $2000.
Several Mastercraft tools including wrenches and sockets
A “O.D.B.” computer.
The entire loss was valued at almost $4,000.

Overnight on the 3rd of Nov. thieves entered a home in the 600 block of Gormanville Rd. and stole a Playstation 3, 2 controllers, a cell phone, an MP3 player and a cordless guitar.
