On the 29 May shortly before 3 AM a passer-by surprised a man who had just broken into a residence and stolen milk and eggs. The male then dropped the food and fled. With a description given to Police, Csts. Tom Robertson and Greg Dix of this Service spotted a male in relation to this incident a short time later and arrested him.
Eric GERVAIS 19 years old of Timmins St. is charged with Break and Enter and Theft. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
