Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair announced today that eight people have been arrested in connection with the shootings on Boxing Day, 2005 that claimed the life of 15-year-old Jane Creba and left six others injured.
17 others have been charged with weapon- and drug-related charges after the same investigation,
