$20 wristband price extended over the weekend!

The Summer in the Park committee is pleased with wristband sales for this year’s concerts at the waterfront on July 29th and 30th.

Derek Shogren, chair of Summer in the Park would like to remind the pubic that “five great bands will hit the big stage at the waterfront; on the Friday night, July 29th, City and Colour will headline with The Sheepdogs and Hey Rosetta and on the Saturday night, July 30th, The Tea Party will open for Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.”

With family in town and people enjoying the beautiful weather over the next three days, the Summer in the Park committee is pleased to announce that we are extending the $20.00 wristband price through the Canada Day weekend. Derek Shogren, chair of the festival stated “we felt that we would give people one last chance to get tickets to a great two nights of concerts at the waterfront for only 20 dollars. We are really encouraged by ticket sales the last month and the support we have received from sponsors and want everyone to enjoy this revitalized festival.”

Tickets can be purchased Canada Day at waterfront Marina location. The committee will also be selling wristbands Saturday, July 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm at Canadian Tire. Other selling locations are: all three TD Canada Trust locations (Laurentian Street branch is open Sundays as well), Memorial Gardens, North Bay Transit, Clarion Resort Pinewood Park, North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce (open 9 am to 7 pm throughout the long weekend) and of course you can order them online at the Capitol Centre by clicking here.
