13-year-old goes berserk

On the 24th of March during the afternoon hours it is alleged that a 13 year old female was sitting in the waiting room of a senior grade school after an altercation with a peer. The girl then noticed her victim in the principal’s office. At this point she grabbed a chair and ran into the office and attacked the other girl.

Minor injuries were sustained to the victim’s shoulder. School staff interceded and the School Liaison officer Cst. Al Bedard of our Service was called.

The 13 year old girl has been charged with Assault With a Weapon and is to appear in court on the 6th of May.
